Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 1 splash Prosecco
  • ice
  • orange wedge

  2. Add about 3 oz of Prosecco or more if you want it to be more bubbly.

  1. Preheat the oven to 140C.
  2. Slice an apple thinly and cut a small slit into each piece.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon and place on a paper lined baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Turn the slices over, sprinkle with cinnamon again and bake additional 10-15 minutes until dried out.
  5. Divide the brandy between 6 glasses and top each of them with 55ml apple cider and 125ml Prosecco.
  6. Garnish with the dried apples.

  • 6 mint leaves
  • 3/4 oz fig liqueur

  • gold sanding sugar
  • mint sprigs

Instructions:

  1. Spread honey onto a plate and the sanding sugar onto another plate.
  2. Dip the rim of a glass into the honey first, then into the sugar.
  3. Muddle the sugar and mint into a cocktail shaker, then add the fig liqueur and Amaretto. Muddle again. Leave to the side until the sugar has melted.
  4. Divide and strain the mixture into two glasses and top with Prosecco.
