Owners' representative / Construction Manager on a High-end townhouse renovation project. The position is 15 hour/week role and the project is anticipated to last ~6months before completion. We are looking for an architect to act as an owner's representative on a construction site and monitor sub-contractors working to make sure they are respecting the architectural plans designed. The candidate should be passionate about high-end architecture as a big part of the job will be to studying the plans drawn by Nicolas Schuybroek's, a Belgian architectural firm, and monitor that the sub-contractors are following and executing the plans correctly. The Owner's rep will be reporting directly to the townhouse owner and the general contractor. They will directly coordinate with the architect and the sub-contractors.
