Bean Buro brings Japanese and French influences to a fresh, light-filled home for a lifestyle influencer and her young family.
Lifestyle influencer Laura Tsang and her husband, Juvan Wong, chose their high-rise apartment in Hong Kong for the views. "It’s not easy to find green space in an urban jungle," says Laura, "and this property offered us the calming sight of the greenery of Kowloon Park and the beautiful Hong Kong skyline."
It was a calm retreat from hectic city life, but with a toddler in tow and a second child on the way, Laura and Juvan needed the home to be family-friendly and flexible, adapting to their changing needs. The couple reached out to local practice Bean Buro, led by husband-and-wife duo Kenny Kinugasa-Tsui and Lorène Faure, to reimagine the 900-square-foot space.
