Apartment nº205 / Mana arquitetura
This project is an apartment from the '50s, in the center of São Paulo, with 138 mts². Although poorly maintained, it had a lot of potentials. Our design approach started from the following premise: honor the building's history and the neighborhood where it lives and bring this context to the current reality of the new resident.
