Architecture Research Office (ARO) is seeking to hire an experienced Marketing Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience to work closely with the Marketing Director to support the firm’s communications and business development. The professional will join the firm’s close-knit community and will cultivate a deep understanding of the firm’s existing body of work and general design philosophy. Responsibilities include assisting in the creation of RFQ/RFP documents, award submissions, general marketing upkeep including tracking press, website updates, assisting social media, coordinating project photography, occasional marketing collateral , and general organizational projects. A/E industry marketing experience is a prerequisite for this position.
