General Contractor is currently looking to hire an experienced superintendent for a long-term, full-time position. We are a high end custom home builder in business for 27 years.  We are currently seeking a Site Superintendent / Working Foreman with Project Management Experience. We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:- Have experience in all phases of residential construction and remodeling (foundation, framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, finishes)- Possess the ability to read and thoroughly understand architectural plans / blueprints- Create and manage project schedules daily including subcontractors and laborers- Coordinate material procurement- Prepare, maintain daily progress report for each project- Prepare, maintain and report two week outlook for each project- Ensure projects are on schedule and within budget- Work side by side with laborers as needed- Take pride in doing superior work- Reliable- Self-motivated with strong work ethic- Detail-...
