And, because, I am struggling with it, I have prepared an article with the easiest, most simple no bake desserts, even the worst cook can master. Not only that, but they are also going to be so delicious, your guests are going to be impressed for sure.
No bake oreo cheesecake – one of the best no bake desserts out there
No bake Oreo cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 170 gr crumbled “Oreo” cookies
- 85gr melted butter
For the topping:
- 150 gr cream cheese
- 125 gr mascarpone
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- zest from 1/2 lemon
- 100 gr melted white chocolate
- 2 tbsp blueberry jam
These are the ingredients you are going to need
The first step for no bake desserts – mix the crumbs with the butter
Spread the crumbs on the bottom of two mini cake pans
Mix the cream cheese, mascarpone, vanilla, lemon zest and white chocolate
Add the blueberry jam and mix well
Divide the mixture between the two cake pans
Top with blueberry jam
Refrigerate for at least 10 hours

Ingredients:
- 500ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 100 gr chocolate shavings
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
For decoration:
- melted chocolate
- shredded coconut
- chocolate bar “Lindt”
- peanut cream
- peanut croquant
- chocolate spread
The ingredients you are going to need
Make sure you have everything you need before you begin
Instructions:
- Place a pot on the stove. In it mix the coconut milk and coconut powder until fully dissolved. Then, add the coconut sugar, chocolate shavings and vanilla essence. Stir well.
- To decorate, grab a mug and dip it first in melted chocolate, then in the coconut.
- Pour the hot chocolate mixture in the mug and top with a chocolate bar, peanut cream, peanut croquant and chocolate spread.

- 3 tbsp + 100gr cane sugar
- 1 tsp agar-agar
- 2 tbsp water

Instructions:
- On low heat mix the soy milk, 3 tbsp cane sugar and agar-agar and let it boil. Set aside.
- In a separate pot, over medium heat caramelise the 100 gr of cane sugar.
- In small bowls, pour the caramelised sugar and top with the milk mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pretzel sticks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8tbsp melted salted butter
For the filling:
- 14 fl.oz sweetened condensed milk
- 16 fl.oz cream cheese
- 8oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- fresh berries
Instructions:
- In a bowl stir together the crust ingredients.
- Spread the crumbs on the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese for 3 minutes.
- Add the condensed milk and beat for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix the whipped topping with the vanilla extract.
- Spread the filling mixture on the crust.
- Freeze for 4 hours.
- Decorate with fresh berries before serving.

Ingredients:
Filling:
- 3cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2tbsp plus 1 cup heavy cream
- 2tbsp unsalted butter
- 2tsp peppermint extract
- 1tsp vanilla extract
Crust:
- 6tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 34 chocolate wafers
Topping:
- 6oz. chopped bittersweet chocolate
- 3/4 cups heavy cream
Instructions:
- Heat milk.
- Add marshmallows and butter and stir.
- Remove from heat and stir in 2tbsp heavy cream and the extracts and let cool for 1 hour.
- Pulse cookies to form fine crumbs and add butter.
- Cover a 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and spread the cookie crumbs on the bottom.
- Beat the remaining 1 cup cream. Add the cream to the marshmallow mixture.
- Spread evenly on top of the cookie crumb layer.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- For the topping, heat the cream. Remove from heat and add the chocolate until it melts.
- Spread it across the filling and let seat for at least 1 hour.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup plus 2tbsp full-fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/8tsp almond extract
- 1 1/2 cup peeled peach chunks
Instructions:
- Combine the yoghurt and almond extract in a bowl.
- Puree the raspberries in a different bowl.
- Puree peaches separately in a third bowl.
- In six 2.5oz ice pop molds layer raspberries, peaches and yoghurt and repeat until the mold is full.
- Insert sticks and freeze.
Oreo cheesecake

Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 15 Oreo cookies, crushed into crumbs
- 3tbsp melted butter
For the cheesecake:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 8oz. cream cheese
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 8oz. whipped topping
For the topping:
- 21oz can of cherry pie filling
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter.
- Spread the mixture and press it to the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese for 2 minutes, gradually add the sugar and add the vanilla extract.
- Spread filling onto the crust and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Decorate with cherry pie filling.
Cranberry flummery

Ingredients:
- 1 10-12oz pkg of cranberries
- 2tsp orange zest
- 1/4 cups orange juice
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 cups Greek yoghurt
- 1 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 12 gingersnap cookies, crushed
- sliced ginger
Instructions:
- Boil the cranberries, orange zest and juice and 1/4 cup water and let simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Puree the mixture.
- Stir in butter to melt, stir in eggs, egg yolk and salt and cook until it thickens for about 7-10 minutes.
- Beat cream in a bowl.
- Pour the yoghurt in a bowl and gradually add the cooled cranberry mixture.
- In 10oz glasses put 1/3 cup mixture in each, add a layer of crushed cookies. Add layer of cream and repeat layers.
- Top with cream and refrigerate for 2 hours and sprinkle with ginger.

Ingredients:
- 44 tea buscuits
- 2 8oz pkg. cream cheese
- 8tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 clementines, sliced and peeled
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 kiwi, sliced and peeled
Instructions:
- Pulse the cookies to form fine crumbs and add the melted butter.
- Press to the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese and sugar for 2 minutes and gradually add the cream and beat for 3 minutes, then add the lemon juice.
- Spread it onto the crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Top with the fruit.

Ingredients:
- 6oz bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 1 9oz pkg chocolate wafers
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4tsp kosher salt
- 3/4 cups salted caramel sauce
- 3/4 cups hazelnuts, chopped
- flaky sea salt
Instructions:
- Pulse chocolate wafers into fine crumbs, add chocolate, salted caramel sauce, vanilla extract and salt.
- Transfer to an 8-inch cake pan, lined with baking paper and press to the bottom.
- Scatter nuts and sea salt on top and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 2tsp grated lemon zest
- 5tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:
- Heat the superfine sugar and 2 cups of heavy cream and simmer for 1 minute.
- Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice and lemon zest.
- Divide in four 8oz jars and refrigerate for about 2 house.
- Whip 1/2 cup heavy cream and put on top along with the blueberries.

Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4tbsp butter
- 1tbsp granulated sugar
For the cheesecake:
- 8oz cream cheese
- 25 marshmallows
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 8oz pkg of whipped topping
For the ganache:
- 3oz heavy cream
- 3oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
For topping:
- 6 marshmallows, toasted
Instructions:
- Stir together the graham cracker crumbs with the sugar and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press to the bottom of each of 6 small jars, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Microwave the marshmallows until they melt, stir them until smooth.
- Whip the cream cheese for about 2 minutes, add the sugar and vanilla and beat for 1 more minute.
- Add the cheesecake filling to the jars and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Boil the cream and pour it over the chocolate, let sit for 5 minutes and stir.
- Add the chocolate to the jar and refrigerate again.
- Serve with a toasted marshmallow on top.

- 6tbsp cream cheese
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 2 cups sugar cookie crumbs
- sprinkles
Instructions:
- Pulse the cookies until they form fine crumbs add the cream cheese and mix well.
- Scoop the mixture and roll into balls.
- Microwave the white chocolate chips until the melt.
- Dip the cookie truffles into the melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
- Let sit until the chocolate sets.

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups oats
Instructions:
- Over medium heat melt the butter with the sugar, milk and cocoa, boil for 90 seconds.
- Remove from heat and add the peanut butter and vanilla, stir until it melts.
- Add oats and stir.
- Scoop the mixture and drop on a baking sheet, flatten them and let sit.
Reese’s Pieces peanut butter bars

Ingredients:
For the bars:
- 1 cup melted salted butter
- 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
For the chocolate layer:
- 2tbsp peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
Instructions:
- Mix melted butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, brown sugar and Reese’s Pieces.
- Spread to the bottom of a pan.
- Microwave chocolate chips with peanut butter and stir well.
- Pour on top of the first layer in the pan.
- Sprinkle with Reese’s Pieces and refrigerate for 2 hours.

- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups oats
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter
Instructions:
- Boil sugar, butter and milk for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and the oats.
- Scoop a teaspoonful, drop onto baking paper and let sit.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- sprinkles
For the topping:
- 1 bag white chocolate candy melts
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- gel food coloring (optional)
Mix brown sugar, softened butter, flour, condensed milk and vanilla extract
Add in the sprinkles and the chocolate chips
Press to the bottom of a pan and chill for an hour
Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream and add a drop of the food coloring
Pour the topping over the dough, add sprinkles and let chill for 1 hour

For the cookie layer:
- 11oz box of mini wafers
- 16oz bag of mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
For the caramel layer:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4tbsp light corn syrup
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
For the chocolate layer:
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2tbsp butter
Microwave the marshmallows with the butter until melted
Add the wafers
Spread the mixture in a 9×13-inch pan and refrigerate
Boil for 5 minutes 1 cup butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and condensed milk, then stir for 3 more minutes
Add the second layer to the pan and refrigerate
Melt your chocolate chips, add the final layer to the pan and refrigerate
