Jersey City Architectural firm seeks a professional architectural draftsperson to fulfill a part-time or contractual basis position. If candidate is successful, full-time positions are available. Qualifications: Candidate must have an architectural design background, with experience in all design phases from schematic to construction documents. Detailing experience a plus. Candidate must have at least a Technical or Associate degree from an American Accredited Institution, Bachelors degree preferred. Candidate must possess at least 3+ years of experience in multi-family, multi-story and residential building design and CDs. Candidate must possess strong ability and experience in AutoCAD Personal Qualifications: Detail Oriented, goal driven, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
