- 5+ years of experience in all phases of the design process: concept, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration - Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite, Model Making - Excellent skills in organization, client communications, project scheduling, consultant coordination - Experience in managing a team of designers - Fluency in English, both written and spoken - Legal authorization to work in the US
