General Assembly is looking for a Residential Project Manager with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of firm experience. Only applicants with high end residential experience will be considered. Role Responsibilities: Oversee project documentation and timeline, including schedules and budgets.Build and maintain client relations by managing expectations and updating clients on project status on a weekly basis. Manage the construction administration of projects by attending site meetings and working with contractors. Role Requirements: Must have experience with creating a Construction Set and must be able to develop drawing sets independently.
