Hernandez-Eli Architecture (HE) is an award-winning, New York City-based architecture firm with a diverse portfolio of work spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional and public projects.  HE is seeking a full-time intermediate architect and project leader for a number of residential projects ranging from apartments, multi-unit developments, and single-detached homes. This position reports directly to the founding-principal. The right candidate has strong technical interest and knowledge, experience putting together drawing sets, millwork shop experience (or even shop drawing drafting experience), as well as a strong design sensibility.  Required skills and qualifications: Degree in Architecture  3-5 years of experience in all phases of Architectural design and construction.
