How do you make a simple face mask?
The first face mask we want to show is a nourishing one. So, if the cold weather hasn’t been nice to your skin, this mask is perfect for keeping your skin looking smooth and nourished. So, what do you need to make it? Here are the ingredients:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp organic spirulina powder
- mix of essential oils (you can use 1 or 2 drops of a few different essential oils of your choice)
How to use the mask?
- Combine the ingredients in a small bowl and make sure they are mixed well.
- Take a spoonful of the mask and put it in the middle of your palm. Add a few drops of water and spread it onto your face.
- Let it dry for about 15 minutes, rinse gently and pat your face dry.
- You can keep the mask refrigerated for up to 1 month.

How to make masks at home?
The next mask we want to present to you is a clarifying one. This mask is perfect for people who have busy days running around the city soaking up all the dirt from the outside. So, here are the ingredients you need to remove all this dirt from your face:
- 1 tbsp bentonite clay
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (if your skin is sensitive, use water instead)
- 3-5 drops of essential oils (optional)
- 1 tsp honey
How to use the mask?
- Mix the clay and the liquid of your choice in a small bowl.
- Then, stir in the honey until fully incorporated.
- Let dry for about 15 minutes, rinse off and pat dry your face.

Honey face mask
The next mask we want to present to you is a brightening one. It is perfect for you if you want to have a glowing skin. So, without further ado, here are the ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 3-5 drops of essential oil (optional)
How to use the mask?
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients.
- Apply the mask to your face. Let dry for about 15 minutes, but keep in mind that it remains wet, it doesn’t get dry like a clay mask.
- Rinse off gently and pat dry.
- You can keep it in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Ingredients:
- 1/4 avocado, mashed
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
How to use the mask?
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl until fully incorporated.
- Spread on your face and leave on for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Rinse off and pat your face dry.

- a few tbsp of plain, full-fat yogurt

Ingredients:
- 1 cup water, boiled
- 1 teabag green tea
- 6 raspberries
How to use the mask?
- Steep the green tea for 2 minutes.
- Open the tea bag and transfer its contents into a small bowl.
- Add the raspberries and use a fork to mash them with the green tea.
- Allow the mixture to cool and spread it onto your face.
