In December, those three finalists will present their masterpieces to the judges, live, and we’ll stream it on YouTube for the world to see! The big announcement will be a major part of NASCC: The Steel Conference in Denver (March 23-25), and all the finalists will be invited to give an encore of their final presentations during the conference.The winners will also be featured in the May 2022 issue of Modern Steel Construction magazine. In addition to substantial press support and publicity through AISC’s own print and online media, winning teams have the unique opportunity to present their projects to the AEC community during special webinars or live events throughout the year.WHAT ARE THE IDEAS² AWARDS?Sponsored by the American Institute of Steel Construction, the Innovative Design in Engineering and Architecture with Structural Steel (IDEAS²) Award program recognizes projects that illustrate the exciting possibilities of building with structural steel.
