A young practice is currently looking for a summer intern to assist on design of an educational project. The ideal candidates should have a good understanding of design methodology, strong graphic sensibilities along technical knowledge. Requirements: - Responsible, proactive and self-motivated with excellent aesthetic sensibilities and design skills. - Good knowledge of 2D and 3D design softwares (Rhino, AutoCAD, REVIT and Adobe Suite) to assist in all stages of design. - Ability to build study/presentation models, research materials/systems - Ability to assist in communicating with consultants. Knowledge of Green Building (LEED/WELL certifications) are a plus. - Knowledge of advance software/plug-ins, such as grasshopper, dynamo, energy analysis, day light analysis tools are a plus.
