Lara Apelian Studio is currently seeking a Junior Architect with 1-3 years of experience to work on nyc high end residential projects. We are a design oriented office, looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our growing studio. We welcome curiosity and learning. Key responsibilities: Work closely with a principal in the development of a projectProduce drawings for in-house reviewDraft architectural drawings for SD, DD and CD Phases.Qualifications and Experience: Highly motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills.Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.Must be a US green card holder or US citizen Experience producing construction drawing sets for NYC residential projects is a plus A professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch/M. Arch) is a plus
