Magid Studio seeking Junior Architect in Los Angeles, CA, US
Magid Design Studio is a small architecture firm specializing in high-end residential and retail projects. We are searching for a new team member who will specialize in CAD drafting, architectural and construction details, and eventually be able to manage multiple projects. Job will include: - drafting floor plans & elevations- writing specifications- creating lighting and finish schedules- interacting with vendors, contractors and clients- visiting job sites and field verification An ideal candidate should have:- a minimum of 3 years experience outside of school- proficiency in AutoCad for MAC, Adobe Suite, and Excel- a basic understanding of residential construction and cabinetry/millwork details- ability to multi-task and meet deadlines- creative and critical thinking- rendering abilities are a plus! We are only reviewing local, Los Angeles area candidates Open to flexible & part-time schedules as well. Office is located in mid-city (Beverly / Fairfax area).
