Montroy DeMarco Architecture LLP (MDA) is seeking a Senior Architect with 15 to 20 years of experience in new high-rise residential and mixed-use buildings from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration. Candidates should have experience and knowledge of New York City Building Codes and Zoning Resolution, and be familiar with the Multiple Dwelling Law of the State of New York. Candidates should be poised for management of several staff members and provide services on multiple projects simultaneously. Preferable prior services performed should include working on projects from Conceptual Design through Certificate of Occupancy on new mid to high-rise residential buildings.
