This position serves as an Architect (Historical) with the Design & Engineering Branch of the Facilities Management Division within Yosemite National Park and will provide technical direction and project management for the design, construction, repair, and rehabilitation of a wide variety of buildings and other park facilities, both historic and non-historic. Duties include: Providing design services for repair and rehabilitation of park facilities, both historic and non-historic. Providing recommendations for repair and rehabilitation of existing facilities. Preparing complete construction documents, including drawings, specifications and estimates. Reviewing work products developed by consulting Architect/Engineer (A/E) firms, for accuracy and technical competence.
