Castrucci, Architects, will provide professional Development Training/Mentoring for a year-long, full-time fellowship. Climate Justice: “Climate justice is the promotion of individual and collective capacity to prepare for, respond to, and recover from climate events as well as the fair treatment, meaningful involvement, and the absence of discrimination in the creation of policies, programs, and projects that both address the disparate impacts of climate change and the transition to a net-zero emissions economy.” The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) will train workers for good-paying jobs.
