Our client, a world-renowned developer in Miami known for excellence, quality, and unwavering commitment to luxury, is seeking a motivated, independent, and self-sufficient Senior Project Architect with High-rise High-end Residential Hospitality experience to join their development team. The ideal candidate will take the lead to coordinate each project’s DDs and CDs phases, prepare meetings’ agenda, minutes, and schedule, and work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, etc. Additionally, they will manage and expedite permitting and approval processes with cities and local, state, and federal agencies.
