A swanky concrete townhouse in Sydney is heading to auction on February 16th. Located in the suburb of Double Bay, the triple-story residence comes with a slew of bespoke features—including American black walnut paneling and built-ins, along with a bevy of brass and steel finishes. The hillside home also boasts panoramic views, and a rooftop swimming pool built with a central oculus that peers down into an office space below.

Located on the eastern side of Sydney, near some of the city's famous beaches, this opulent home juxtaposes an exposed concrete structure with steel windows and doors, as well as walnut paneling throughout. A small courtyard contains a parking space near the main entry.

The main living spaces are positioned in the middle of the home, with the principal suite on the top floor and an additional living space on the lower level. In total, the five-bedroom property offers over 5,000 square feet of interior space, hydronic underfloor heating, and lighting by the Austrian brand Prolicht. Connecting the entire home is a floating concrete staircase enclosed by a steel-and-glass wall.

A large sliding glass door connects the living and dining area with a balcony. Views from the interior look out onto the surrounding neighborhood and downtown Sydney in the distance.
