Stephens Design Group is seeking a highly experienced Architectural Project Manager who is passionate about residential interior design and has the skill set and drive to grow within our organization. Applicants should be personable, organized, detail-oriented and highly knowledgeable of residential construction systems, materials and methods. This position will support our Design Principal and Senior Designers with coordination of the architectural / construction scope across all of our projects. Specific responsibilities may include: · Collaborate with Design Principal and Senior Designers to outline required construction scope; Maintain archive of jobsite progress photos; Manage archive of Architect's submission drawing sets, design redlines, and design intent sketch submissions; · Set up and maintain RFI Logs for each project.
