Steven Fader Architects is seeking a well-rounded intermediate level designer/architect to participate in all phases of work, including programming, design, presentation, construction documents, and construction administration. We are a small mid-Wilshire firm active in the fields of educational and institutional design, renovation and historic preservation, multifamily and single family residential design. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture 3-6 years’ experience Strong Autocad, 3-D visualization, and MS Office skills Construction documents experience Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English Energetic, creative, organized self-starter Southern California resident with US work status only Will consider part-time or temporary position
