Residential architecture firm based in New York City looking for a project manager for Construction Administration for a new high-end residence in Dutchess County. We are the project architect for the residence and will be coordinating with the design architect, located in California. Permitting will begin soon and we anticipate construction will begin in mid-September, and last approximately 20-24 months. The scope of work includes facilitating bidding, general coordination with the design architect and various consultants, RFIs and shop drawings, managing progress and contractor oversight, contractor requisitions, working closely with the client's rep, and preparing weekly reports. We're looking for someone with at least 15+ years experience in project management and construction of residential projects. Compensation will be hourly as a consultant with variable hours depending on project status. Work can be remote with flexible hours, and in-office and site meetings as required. ...
