The 'Housekeeping' winners of the 2021 Architectural League Prize for Young Architects + Designers
The Architectural League of New York this morning unveiled the winners of its annual portfolio competition, the Architectural League Prize for Young Architects + Designers. Established in 1981, and now celebrating its 40th cycle, the program aims to promote excellence among early-career architects and designers who are no more than ten years out of a bachelor’s or master’s degree program. Under the 2021 competition theme of "Housekeeping," the brief asked entrants to contemplate how "stay-at-home orders have prompted many of us to see our domestic settings anew, and to consider the various ways in which we 'keep house.'"
