The Lakewood Residence, New Jersey

Lakewood Residence is a 5000 sq. ft. home in New Jersey with interiors designed by Carolyn Benedikt Interiors. The studio boarded Quickviz to render their vision into visuals that rightfully depict their ideas and communicate them efficiently. The video rendered by Quickviz highlights the modern design language of the space and its expansive layout with large windows that overlook the pool outside. It helped the clients picture and understand each space, including the interior areas, transition of the pool and home gym that opens onto the deck area. After a few minor changes to the render and a successful presentation, the design and internal layout was approved.
