Nestron’s Legend Two tiny home is designed to be move-in ready the day it arrives.
When Nestron set out to design the Legend Two prefab, the company sought to combine Bauhaus-style architecture with smart technology. "We wanted to create something with classic styling and modern technical fittings," says lead designer Laurence Xu.
The 275-square-foot home has a simple, rectangular form that’s wrapped with aluminum composite panels. "Compared to painted walls, the panels are durable and easy to replace," Xu says. "They provide insulation and are climate responsive, as they reduce energy costs and consumption."
Designed by Singapore-based Nestron, the Legend Two prefabricated home starts at $55,600 and ships worldwide.

Floor-to-ceiling windows composed of low-e glass fill the tiny home with light. "Rooms that feel bright and fresh are mood elevators," says lead designer Laurence Xu.

The home is entirely prefabricated, which Xu says provides a wide range of benefits. "Quality, quantity, accuracy, convenience, speed, and cost are some of the advantages of prefabrication," he says. "It’s a process that turns architecture into a standardized, mass-producible product and lets us avoid, reduce, spot, and respond to problems in a timely and accurate manner."
The Legend Two is clad in aluminum composite panels, and the company offers a full suite of technology—including motion sensor lighting, electric blinds, a sound system, a smart mirror and toilet, an induction cooktop, and a washing machine. "Our basic setup comes with built-in piping, sewage, lighting, and an electrical supply system," Xu says.
