The commission consisted of two "duplex" type homes on a 400 m2 lot in a neighborhood in the suburbs of Cordoba, very close to the city's ring road. This decision implied an idea of researching ways of making architecture for rent, collaborating to create a more compact city. Córdoba suffers the consequences of the horizontal expansion of the urban sprawl, towards the small mountains (northwest of the city), the “oil stain” that worries so much when thinking about the development of a more sustainable city.
