The University of Kentucky College of Design seeks applicants for a full-time, tenure track faculty position in the School of Architecture. The School seeks an emerging designer and educator to offer instruction in architectural design, in addition to foundational and advanced courses in digital methodologies. The full-time academic position comes with a rank of Assistant Professor. Teaching responsibilities include graduate and/or undergraduate studio instruction, as well as a required lecture course and/or elective in a specific area of expertise. The appointment comes with an expectation of service to the school, university, and community. The tenure track Assistant Professor appointment would include start-up support to launch a research program that produces scholarly or creative output of national and international standing.
