Wittman Estes is looking for a full-time Director of Operations to work closely with our Principals to drive the operational and strategic growth of our award-winning firm. The Director of Operations is responsible for managing and overseeing studio operations by implementing efficient, positive, and proactive systems and workflow solutions for the team and clients. The ideal candidate is a passionate, detailed-oriented critical thinker who can comfortably take on a leadership role in a multitude of disciplines such as human resources, systems and operations, company culture, and client relationships. While a background in architecture is not required, experience or a strong passion for architecture and design will allow the right candidate to jump in quickly and grow into this leadership role.
