Position Summary: We are currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager to provide architectural design and construction document services for multi-family projects across the country, varying in type from low density gardens to high-density wraps and podiums. Duties include working closely with clients, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and state and local departments, with a focus on delivering a thoughtful, quality design. Candidate must be organized and have experience effectively managing a team. This is a full-time position, in-office, located in Dallas, TX. Candidate must have a NAAB accredited degree in Architecture to be considered. Registered architects are preferred, but not required. Must have a background in project management and experience working on multi-family housing projects.
