The property, dubbed The Barn in Tivoli, comes with four bedrooms and four baths across the two buildings, in addition to multiple outdoor areas with fire pits and a yoga deck with creek views. Thanks to a full remodel by the owners—a designer/builder and artist duo who collaborated with local artisans for the renovation—the reimagined buildings are equipped with updated appliances. Both structures also employ sustainable and energy-efficient solutions where possible.
