Architectural Designer Our client is looking for a sophisticated architectural designer that can perform well in a dynamic setting with a multitude of different projects. The family office in the Sacramento region has new commercial and residential developments and manages existing ones/properties. The Designer will either lead or support the planning, design, and construction management of such developments and properties. The Designer has strong organizational and leadership capabilities to manage several projects at the same time with excellent results. The Designer has worked several years in architectural design and Project Management. Strong 3D modeling skills are a must. Compensation is based on experience and ranges from $80,000 to $160,000.
