Arpad Baksa Architect, P.C. is a small, award-winning architectural firm located in Manhattan’s Financial District. Responsibilities include a wide body of work across many different disciplines and styles. Currently, our projects fall into new construction, restorations, preservation, interiors and sustainable design. We are seeking a full time Intermediate Architect (3-5 years of experience) who is creative and highly organized. The applicant should be local or within driving distance of downtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate should have the following skill set: An Architecture degree from an accredited school Experience in all phases of design, from conceptual design to Construction Documents, including construction detailing for both interior and new construction Ability to write specification Ability to review shop drawings Ability to work collaboratively Strong proficiency in using AutoCad and Photoshop Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Offi...
