Junior Architect Position BLD LAB Architecture is a collaborative New York-based architecture and design studio, currently looking for a junior architect (2-4 years professional experience) to join our team. Projects include single family residential and residential renovations, as well as commercial projects. This is an exciting moment to join a growing studio where the candidate will be exposed to all aspects of developing projects in a design-oriented, research-led architectural practice. The new team member will work on a variety of projects in all phases, from conceptual design to construction. The candidate should have strong drafting, visual and presentation skills, as well as experience in the production of construction drawings. The candidate will also be exposed to most aspects of running a small architecture studio. The candidate should be detailed oriented, a proficient manager and able to work independently.
