Brownstone Boys LLC is a small, fast-growing design and project management firm that works with clients typically from the initial buying phase throughout the renovation process. The majority of our projects are in historic Brooklyn brownstone properties usually consisting of a complete restoration and remodel of the entire building. Restoring and modernizing these architecturally beautiful buildings is a challenging and rewarding process. We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Designer, with a passion for design and strong organizational skills. The individual will help with all aspects of the project from conceptual design, design presentations, producing detailed drawings and renderings, sourcing materials, and trouble-shooting. The best applicant will be great at wearing many hats and comfortable with a changing scope of work.
