Horizon Engineering Associates, a leader in the building commissioning industry, is looking for an experienced Building Enclosure Associate to join our team. Responsibilities: • BECx reviews of construction documents and specifications  • Site investigation of existing buildings to analyze building envelope performance and condition  • Oversee and review field testing results and prepare testing and field reports for clients  • Maintain current understanding of available building envelope standards, materials and products  • Maintain existing clients and develop new clients who are using our building envelope commissioning services  • Provide leadership for direction and growth of the building envelope services  The ideal candidate will possess: •BA degree in Architecture or a BS degree in Architectural Engineering, Mechanical or Structural Engineering  •1-5 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience •Registered Architect or Professional Engineer desired  •Strong ...
