Carballo Architecture seeking Staff Architect in Baltimore, MD, US

We are seeking a staff architect to join our fast-growing team in Fell's Point, Baltimore. Candidates should have proficient design, drafting, and communication skills, 5-10 years experience, and be licensed, or near completion of their ARE's. Responsibilities include design and documentation of a wide variety of building design project types in MD, PA, VA, WV, and DC. These include: residential, multi-family, adaptive reuse, restaurants, office fit outs, additions, renovation, historic preservation, new construction, and planning. Candidates should have the ability to communicate with community groups and oversight bodies as well as the ability to lead apprentices and junior members of staff as part of a team working environment.
