We're a busy Brooklyn studio seeking an experienced and uniquely qualified lead architect and project manager. DBA specializes in collaborative work with creative clientele in the art and design world. Current projects range greatly in size and type and include high end residential renovation, artist studios, new houses, commercial galleries, interior design, offices, and adaptive reuse. Our work currently extends to furniture, lighting design, and public art installation.We're presently seeking a team member highly experienced in managing detailed new construction and custom fabrications with hands-on experience both in the field and in a collective studio environment. Candidate should have a working knowledge of NYC building department processes, experience organizing consultant work, and an understanding of standard AIA contract management.
