Studio 1200 is seeking a Project Architect Project Manager with 10+ years experience to work Multi-Family, Mixed Use and Single family Projects. Responsibilities include: Develop concepts and technical requirements for each phase of the design processOversee the deliverables of each phase from SA to CAReview all drawings for code complianceProduce CDs and coordinate with MEPsLead team and mentor junior staffPrepare proposals, manage schedule, monitor budget, work with ClientRequirements: Minimum 10 years experience in Multi-Family, Mixed Use and Single Family work types Professional degree in ArchitectureLicensure a plusProficiency in Revit In depth knowledge of core and shell building codes This position requires working in our offices in Short Hills, NJ. - Oversee the deliverables of each phase from SA to CA
- Review all drawings for code compliance
- Produce CDs and coordinate with MEPs
- Lead team and mentor junior staff
- Prepare proposals, manage schedule, monitor budget, work with Client
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years experience in Multi-Family, Mixed Use and Single Family work types
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Licensure a plus
- Proficiency in Revit
- In depth knowledge of core and shell building codes
