Dipt is a multi-city home renovation start-up. The NYC PM will be the point of contact between Dipt, our real estate partners, homeowners, and designers/contractors. They will as well lead the internal coordination between Designers, the client, and the construction process. Here is a the typical (high-level) role of a PM on a project: contractor walkthroughsdetermine project needs bidding and sign onhelp to qualify the design process (design package or Design assistance)if client selects a design package: Will should develop the scope of design with client and Designer to align with your ideas, budgets, timelines, and bids.
