Abode Communities seeking Project Manager in Los Angeles, CA, US

Under the leadership of the Associate Principal, the Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing and delivering construction documents, meeting client’s program requirements, adhering to codes, regulations and guidelines by governing entities, and making sure the Project Architect and the team correctly strategize the work to meet the project schedule and budget. This position will be the day-to-day contact for client and team and requires knowledge of multi-family housing design, building systems, zoning and building code, strong project management and organizational skills.
