Grand St. Settlement recently partnered with Best Buy’s Clubhouse Network to convert our former social enterprise café space into a Best Buy Teen Tech Center. The space is approximately 2,500 SF and is located at 168 Broome St., New York, NY 10002. It must be renovated, outfitted, and ready to open by June 30, 2021. We seek a firm to provide architectural and interior design services for the space conversion. Responses to this RFQ are required by March 22.
