Hanbury is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team in Baltimore, MD, or alternatively, a full-time representative in Princeton, NJ who would affiliate with our Baltimore, MD office during and post-completion of the project. A recognized leader in construction administration who provides technical leadership and is an advisor on large-scale projects. Possesses strong communication skills, a sense of urgency and responsiveness, a flexible attitude, the ability to solve problems creatively and ability to foster and manage effective client relationships. Responsible for high-impact decisions in the application of codes and building systems and takes personal responsibility to ensure the responsiveness of architects and engineers throughout the construction of projects.
