Heitler Houstoun Architects, an award-winning Manhattan based architecture and interior design firm, with a diverse portfolio of Residential, Retail, and Corporate Interior projects is seeking talented and motivated Intermediate architects/Job Captains with 4-6 years of professional experience (5-year B. Arch or M. Arch).  The candidate should be local to the New York City area (or be able to move in a relatively short amount of time) and must have legal work status in the U.S. (No Visa Candidates Please).   Candidates should demonstrate expertise in the following technical skills: Exposure to all phases of design: Pre-design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Regulatory Approvals, Bidding and Construction Administration.
