Herzog & de Meuron and Quadrangle unveil 1,062 foot mixed-use tower in Toronto
Swiss firm Herzog & de Meuron and Canadian architects Quadrangle have been selected by Kroonenberg Groep and ProWinko to design a new mixed-use tower in Toronto. In the north-south orientation, the tower has a 3:1 ratio, creating a thin volume. A linear core at the western facade has been proposed by the architects to maximize usable floor area and to capitalize on eastern views and western privacy from adjacent future developments.
