We are a growing innovative architectural design and consulting firm focuses in both residential and commercial projects. We are now seeking one architectural designer with 3+ yrs experience. Duties: Perform zoning analysis and calculation. Conduct schematic design. Coordinate and develop construction documents. Resolve plan objections and deal with building plan examiners. Lead the team to conduct drawings to meet deadlines. Attend client meetings when needed. Conduct site visits when needed. Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Architecture, or relates field. 3+ yrs experience in an architect’s office. Proficiency in AutoCad and other production software.
