Established in 2019 and serving a rapidly growing number of luxury residential clients, Jeremy Fletcher Design is adding to our team of talented designers who specialize exclusively in this type of work. Seeking candidates with a professional degree in Architecture, license to practice Architecture preferred but not required, and eight or more years of related experience. Must be able to independently perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of single-family residential architectural designs for high-end single family home projects. Will be assigned projects by the Project Manager and will perform all phases of design: Planning studies, SD, DD, CDs (including section details), and CA (in-office work as well as site visits). Ability to proficiently write the project manual and specifications is preferred. Must be able to produce working construction documents beyond the “minimum” requirements.
