Residential Designer + Builder seeking assistant/trainee My name is Tim Stuart, and I currently operate a 1-man design + build company (with the occasional subcontractor/helper), primarily in Long Beach, CA. I'm seeking a full time employee that is excited about the idea of learning hands-on construction.  It will require that you get dirty.  All projects are designed in Revit, you must be competent with modeling and basic architectural standards, but only half the job is in front of a computer.  We will also be building almost everything you design.  A few things I could use help with: *As-built Modeling, LOD 500 *Sweeping & Vacuuming the Jobsite *Photorealistic Renderings - Workflow from Revit to 3dsMax *Priming & Painting *Modeling Custom Parametric Families *Hauling Trash *Fabrication Drawings *Helping me Lift Heavy Things If you are someone who wants to learn the entire lifecycle of this industry, from as-built survey to home maintenance & repair, this could be fun......
