Jewelry inspired by the architecture of global cities
Italian-based Marco Zagaria has launched Teti, hyper-detailed micro "city-sculpture" modeled as a wearable ring. The pieaces are plates with precious metals with options in copper, silver, gold, and nickel. After the shape of the ring is composed using 3D-printing technology, it is then plated with the selected metal, and finally encased in resin. Rome, London, and New York are the three cities offered. The design features significant icons from each city, including the Colosseum in Rome, the Empire State Building in New York City, and the Shard in London, among many others.
